The Book of Shadows is the Halliwells magical book and companion. The Book contains spells, potion recipes and information on demons & supernatural beings. It also acts as a witch's journal in order to write down her experiences and other info to pass on to the next generation.

Potions are primarily liquids with magical properties; however, some can exist as powders or gels. Brewed with the necessary herbs, spices, or other various ingedients, these magical substances can achieve various effects. The effect of a potion depends on the used ingredients or accompanied spell. In order for a potion to work, one has to be magical and possess the ability to brew potions.

The Ancient Tome is a book guarded by Murray leading to the location where the Ancient Athame is hidden.

The Ancient Athame is a blade infused with a spell powerful enough to kill the soul itself. The victims simply cease to exist. This special Athame was considered to be a myth. It is activated with a ritual of blood: The blood of he who would wield the blade, the blood of a witch, the blood of an innocent and the blood of a being that straddles the bridge between life and death. One who defies mortality.

A Thrice-Blessed Crossbow sent by Glynnis to the Charmed Ones for Christmas.

A Shillelagh is a magical artifact used by Leprechauns to summon a rainbow. It can also be used by other magical beings to summon a Leprechaun.

The Excalibur is a legendary sword which holds a tremendous amount of power. Only its true master can wield the swords true power rendering him invincible. The current wielder of Excalibur is Piper and Leo's eldest son, Wyatt Halliwell.

A Cupid Ring is a magical artifact equipped to Cupids. With it they are able to fade, freeze, travel in and change the flow of time, create holograms and break down mental barriers against feeling love.

The Grimoire is the exact opposite of the Halliwell Book of Shadows. It belonged to the past leaders of the Underworld. Like the Book of Shadows, the Grimoire possesses the power to protect itself from its enemies. Prue absorbed the Grimoire and the Empyreal sword when she became the caretaker of the connection between the realms.

The Empyreal Sword is a magical weapon originally meant to be used by Whitelighters. Leo became the owner of the sword after obtaining it inside a Vault in The Upper Regions. However, Rennek claimed control of it after accessing The All. By stopping Rennek's malicious plans Prue absorbed and became the new owner of the sword.
